High Performance Butterfly Valve

The high performance valve feature an eccentrically mounted disc and are known for their wide application range and shutoff capability. They are available for a variety of control and isolation service from cryogenic to high temp and pressure classes to ASME CL2500 and sizes from NPS 2 to 72.

The high performance butterfly valve are designed for isolation on/off service as well as low tier control. The POSI-SEAL valves feature keyed, double D or square valve shafts. The POSI-SEAL valves are available in sizes NPS 2 to 72, pressure classes up to CL2500. Shutoff is provided by a variety of seals which include metal, PTFE and fire-tested and cryogenic.

The Fangwen Flange High Performance Butterfly Valves provides outstanding performance under extreme pressure and temperature conditions. The double offset design provides an approximate equal percentate flow characteristic and facilitates tight class VI shut-off, reslient-seated construction or class IV with metal seals.

The Fangwen High Performance valves are available in Soft Seat (Up to 200°C depending on size and pressure), and Metal Seat (Up to 600°C) variants (fire safe on application).
